  No contract with the credit/debit card company so they charge 4% back to YOU use your card..... Freaking amazing. Even tells you on the door on the way in

  Was a bit frustrated last we ate here. They charge a percentage to process a credit card. I can understand the convenient stores for purchases less than $5.00, but restaurants has no reason to do this except for greediness. Very sad! I will not go back for this reason.

  Good food. Excellent guacamole! Nice people. I've eaten there several times and never disappointed.

  The man who greeted us was great , wish he was our waiter. We asked the lady who brought the chips & salsa could we get cheese dip never got it. Great food , but this is our second time coming & our waitress doesn’t have manners. She was rushing us to order , had to ask another lady to get us to go plates, tortillas, & our receipt. Just seems like every time me & my boyfriend come we don’t get treated right, we already deal with enough when it comes to being a biracial couple. Also we understand it was almost time to close, we left at 10:10pm chapala closes at 11:00pm. Will not come again.

  Terrible service. Ordered a margarita, my food made it and never recieved my drink. Had to walk in from the patio to fill my own water. Also had to ask for the side of rice that actually comes with the meal. you had one job. Sad part is that they were not even busy.
